2016 – The Beginning


In February 2016, Premier Telecom Limited was officially founded with the goal of transforming business telecom through innovation and transparency. We saw a gap in the market: small businesses were underserved, overcharged, and stuck with outdated systems. We began by offering cost-effective VoIP systems to small businesses, focusing on reliable service, no hidden fees, and honest support.


2017–2019 – Building a Reputation


Between 2017 and 2019, our customer base grew rapidly through referrals and word-of-mouth. Businesses loved our free Yealink phone offers, unlimited minutes packages, and fast setup times. We also began forming partnerships with trusted hardware providers like Yealink, and expanded our product range to include broadband and mobile connectivity.

2020 – Adapting Through the Pandemic


The COVID-19 pandemic was a turning point. As businesses shifted to remote work, we helped them adapt by providing:

  • Unified communication tools
  • Remote setup & support

Our flexibility, remote onboarding, and UK-based support helped dozens of businesses stay operational in uncertain times.

2021–2023 – Nationwide Growth


These years marked our transformation from a local telecom startup to a nationwide service provider. We:
